Pile

Piles carry the load of jetties, platforms and heavy plant, so straightness, roundness and weld integrity are non-negotiable. LSF rolls plate into cans, welds longitudinal and circumferential seams with submerged-arc procedures and joins them into long pile strings on a repeatable line.

Because the yard sits on the water, completed piles — including the very long sections used offshore — move directly from fabrication to the barge without road-transport limits.

Each pile is produced under Lintech's ISO 9001 quality system with mill certificates, weld records and dimensional reports, and can be blasted and coated to the project's protection specification.
