Pressure Vessel

Pressure equipment demands traceability from plate to hydrotest, and that discipline is built into the LSF workshop. Separators, knock-out drums, columns, reactors, LPG bullets and exchanger shells are formed from rolled plate, welded with qualified procedures and verified by non-destructive examination before pressure testing.

As part of PT Lintech Duta Pratama's EPFC capability, vessels are engineered and fabricated to the code stated in your datasheet — ASME Section VIII or equivalent — with full material certificates, weld maps and inspection records handed over on completion.

Post-weld heat treatment, radiography and hydrotest are managed in-house, so quality is controlled, documented and auditable at every stage.
